This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, message credits, and services offered by [Your Company Name] (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using our messaging services, you agree to this policy.

General Policy

Due to the nature of WhatsApp API credits, platform usage, and prepaid service consumption, most payments are non-refundable once service is activated or credits are added.
No Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Message credits already purchased
  • Monthly/annual subscription plans
  • Chatbot or automation setup fees
  • Onboarding, integration, and API configuration charges
  • Payments made via payment gateways (Razorpay/PayU/Stripe)
  • Partial use or non-use of services after payment
  • Suspension of services due to policy violations

This includes situations where the client chooses not to continue using the service after activation.

Exceptions – Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be processed only in the following rare cases:

a) Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error.

b) Transaction Failure

If the amount is deducted but the order or service is not activated.

c) Technical Error from Our Side

If services cannot be activated due to a verified issue originating from our system (not from WhatsApp, Meta, or client configurations).

Refund Process
To request a refund (only if eligible):

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

a) Service Cancellation by User

You must follow:

  • You may request cancellation of subscription plans anytime.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle or unused credits.

b) Cancellation of WhatsApp Services

If you request WhatsApp number disconnection or API deactivation, fees paid remain non-refundable.

Service Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate services without refund in cases of:

  • Illegal or unauthorized messaging activities
  • Violation of WhatsApp Business Policies
  • Spamming, abusive content, or prohibited activities
  • Chargeback or fraudulent payment activities
  • Non-payment or overdue invoices

No refund will be issued if service is terminated due to violations.

Chargebacks

If a user initiates a chargeback:

  • Services will be immediately suspended
  • Legal action or recovery charges may apply
  • User will be permanently blacklisted from our services

We recommend contacting our support team first for any billing concerns.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date.
